ANNUAL CULTURAL EVENT

The Society avidly arranged the second annual cultural programme and was vociferously cheered by a jocund audience at the auditorium of Rampur High School. ‘Kolorob’ sparkled in its third outing and the dignitaries were ecstatic in admiration. Rafiqur Rahaman, Honourable MLA of Amdanga, profusely praised the Magazine. Eminent academicians voiced their appreciation about the same. They include Shaikh Kamaluddin (Asst. Prof.), Abul Kalam (Ex-HM, Rampur High School), Nurul Haque (AHM, Amdanga K.S.H. Rahana Senior Madrasah), Sanjib Chandra Das (AT, Rampur High School), Abu Siddik Khan (Secretary, Sirat Welfare Organization), Aminul Islam (Prseident, BEDS), Sabina Yeasmin (Respected Prodhan, Amdanga Gram Panchayet) and Sadiqul Islam (academic enthusiast). Venerable poet Md. Nizamuddin (retired teacher and veteran writer) was conferred Kolorob Sahity Samman 2019. A short play ‘Aa-mori Bangla Bhasha’ (penned by Samrat Maitra and directed by Rubina Nasrin) was the icing on the cake. The programme was presided over by Rezaul Haque (AT, Rampur High School). The compere for the evening, Samrat Maitra (AT, Sadhanpur Uludanga T.R. High School), provided the appropriate synergy and sparkle to the program
